- Flow cytometry data was filtered to remove background noise (using thresholds in forward scatter (FSC-H), side scatter (SSC-H) and blue signal (PB450-H) channels), then all events were classified by fluorescence (flow_data.txt) to provide a community composition for each sample recorded as population fractions (fraction_data.txt).
