- Statement
- Sensible and latent heat fluxes (LE and H, respectively) and NEE were monitored using an enclosed path EC system. A range of micrometeorological measurements were carried out on the same mast as the EC data collection. Soil physics were measured close to the EC mast (within a radius of 5 m). Thirty‐minute flux densities of sensible and latent heat (LE and H) and net ecosystem CO2 exchange (NEE) were computed from the raw EC data using EddyPRO® Flux Calculation Software (v 7.0.6; LI‐COR Biosciences, Lincoln, Nebraska). Quality control (QC) procedures were applied to ensure only high-quality turbulent flux data were retained for analysis.
