  • Data were collected in December 2008 and January to March 2009 by the University of Manchester Aerosol Mass Spectrometer at the Chilbolton Observatory, Hampshire, in support of the FAAM campaign in the South-West of the UK. The dataset contains measurements of mass concentrations of organics, Sulphate, Nitrate, Ammonium and Chloride. The data were collected for use in the CLOUDS project, which is one of multiple projects within the APPRAISE (Aerosol Properties, PRocesses And Influences on the Earth's climate) programme.

Year-round measurements began in February 2004, and a summer campaign focusing on oxidants ran during January/February 2005, after which CHABLIS fieldwork ended. The dataset includes FAGE OH and HO2 measurements as well as j(O1D) measurements from 2pi upward facing filter radiometer mounted on FAGE container. Access to this dataset is now public.

This dataset contains atmospheric chemistry and meteorological measurements and NAME dispersion model output from the BT tower and North Kensington monitoring sites in London, Chilboton Observatory in Hampshire, and Harwell in Oxfordshire.

  • This dataset contains concentration measurements of atmospheric species performed at the Weybourne Atmospheric Observatory (WAO) on the North Norfolk coast. Measurements were all performed at ground level. Data was collected from 30th June till the 31st July 2015. This data was collected as part of Integrated Chemistry of Ozone in the Atmosphere (ICOZA) project, which aimed to apply in situ measurements to examine the response of the local atmospheric ozone production rate to NOx and VOC levels. The following instruments measured these species: LOPAP – Nitrous Acid (HONO) FAGE – OH, HO2, total organic RO2 Trace gases - NO, NO2, NOy, O3, SO2 and CO Gas chromatography (GC) - volatile organic compounds The measurements and data processing were performed by researchers from the Universities of Birmingham, East Anglia, Leeds and York. In-situ measurements of the ozone production rate are still in progress.
