The dataset comprises 112 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, within the North East Atlantic Ocean area. It incorporates part of the Ellett Line section east of the Anton Dohrn Seamount, plus a large number of sections across the shelf between the North Channel and Cape Wrath. The data were collected during November and December of 1981. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Scottish Marine Biological Association.

This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, during October - November 1988. It incorporates a CTD survey of the Clyde Sea, CTD sections in the North Channel from Copeland to Portpatrick and a CTD section across the Wyville Thompson Ridge. The data were collected by the Scottish Marine Biological Association as part of the North Atlantic Norwegian Sea Exchange (NANSEN) project.

The dataset comprises 55 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, within the North East Atlantic Ocean area. It incorporates parts of the Dunstaffnage Marine Laboratory Rockall via Anton Dohrn (Ellett Line) section and two east-west sections west of Benbecula and North/South Uist. Profiles were also undertaken in the Sea of the Hebrides. The data were collected during May and June of 1978. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Scottish Marine Biological Association.

This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a salinity-temperature-depth (STD) sensor package, in July 1978. It incorporates triangular surveys around each of the Joint Air Sea Interaction Experiment (JASIN) moorings NW of the Anton Dohrn Seamount. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Scottish Marine Biological Association.

The dataset comprises 18 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, along the Ellett Line section (eastwards of the Anton Dohrn Seamount) in the North East Atlantic Ocean. The data were collected during September 1979. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Scottish Marine Biological Association.

The dataset comprises 57 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, within the North East Atlantic Ocean area. It incorporates the Dunstaffnage Marine Laboratory Rockall via Anton Dohrn Seamount (Ellett Line) section, together with three additional east-west sections to the west of the Hebrides. A further section was surveyed between Loch Boisdal and Loch Moidart. The data were collected during April of 1978. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Scottish Marine Biological Association.

This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a salinity-temperature-depth (STD) sensor package, during January - March 1975. It incorporates STD sections along three lines perpendicular to the NW African coast between 20-26N. The data were collected by the University of Liverpool Department of Oceanography as part of a study of physical, biological and chemical processes involved in upwelling off the NW African Coast.

The dataset comprises 119 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, within the North East Atlantic Ocean area. It incorporates the Ellett Line section between the Anton Dohrn Seamount and Mull; a CTD survey from the mainland to Lewis; a CTD survey of the shelf west of Islay, the North Channel and the Clyde Sea. The data were collected during January of 1987. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Scottish Marine Biological Association.

This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, during August 1986. It incorporates CTD sections in the Eastern Irish Sea (Anglesey - Isle of Man, St. Bees Head - Maughold Head and Burrow Head – Point of Ayre), in the North Channel (Portpatrick – Ards Peninsula), across the Firth of Clyde south of Arran, from Firth of Lorne to the Sound of Mull and from the Sound of Mull to Barra Head. The data were collected by the Scottish Marine Biological Association.

This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, during September 1986. It incorporates CTD sections across the North Channel, an extensive grid of stations in the Firth of Clyde, sections from Islay to Northern Ireland, westwards from Islay, from Jura to Mull, westwards from Mull and from the Sound of Mull to Barra Head. The data were collected by the Scottish Marine Biological Association.
